Adeshina Sarumi, the former SSA to Ambode when he was the Lagos State Governor, has called out a shoe vendor who used his photo to advertise their products.
The shoe vendor shared Adeshina’s photo and claimed he’s their customer. But Adeshina quickly shut down the claim and added that he never patronized them.
Sharing a screenshot of the shoe vendor’s post, Adeshina wrote: “I never patronized you please, stop using my pictures to advertise. Thank you.”
Adeshina said he called them out to prevent a ‘What I ordered VS what I got’ situation if they succeed in making customers believe they made the shoe he was wearing.
