Ghanaian media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger is suing a cosmetics company in Ghana for breach of contract after being made a brand ambassador.
This comes weeks after a leaked voice note went viral in which Khadijah, the CEO of Pinamang Cosmetic in Ghana revealed that Afia Schwarzenegger begged to be a brand ambassador and even promised to go completely naked to advertise her products.
Well, Afia through her lawyers has now taken legal action against Khadijah.
According to a document obtained by Gh Hyper, Afia’s lawyers said she was given some products by the company to use so she can prove the efficacy of it to the public but it turned out to destroy her knuckles and elbow which she complained of and was given another range of products which added more damages.
The document further accused Khadijah of ‘intentionally and deliberately’ sending out the private conversation she had with Afia before she was made a brand ambassador.
Afia Schwarzenegger is demanding an apology on all social media platforms and an amount of $100,000 from Pinamang Cosmetic for damages.
