Video footage shows the moment that one of the world’s largest telescopes collapsed at Puerto Rico’s Arecibo Observatory in on Tuesday.
It had been in operation for 57 years, but shut after engineers warned of the structure’s deterioration earlier this year.
No injuries were reported from the collapse.
