US President Joe Biden said the entire administration sent their condolences to the Queen on the loss of Prince Philip, saying he was a “heck of a guy”.
He paid tribute to the Duke of Edinburgh’s “lifetime of service”, his active duty during World War Two and his championing of the environment.
