US national security adviser has described his six-hour meeting with China’s top diplomat on Wednesday.
In an interview with the BBC’s diplomatic correspondent, James Landale, Mr Sullivan said the US will “stand up and speak out” over any actions that may “undermine peace and stability” across the Taiwan Strait.
