Sources: Seahawks’ Wilson could miss a month

The Seattle Seahawks are bracing for quarterback Russell Wilson to miss at least a month and possibly up to eight weeks with a ruptured tendon in the middle finger of his right hand, sources tell ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

The injury will likely require surgery, sources say.

Wilson suffered the injury during Thursday night’s loss to the Rams in Seattle.

Geno Wilson replaced Wilson after the injury occurred and appears to be in line to start next Sunday’s game against the Steelers in Pittsburgh
