The former NFL great who stood trial for the double-murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman, in the ’90s, only to be acquitted passed away Wednesday, April 10, in Las Vegas. His family announced the sad news today, April 11, via his X account. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren when he died Wednesday night. This comes weeks after it was reported that he had cancer.
