A three-year-old has died after falling into a cesspit. The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who disclosed this via his X handle, wrote;Somewhere in Igando today, this cesspit was left open. Unfortunately, a 3-year old fell into it and died. This was totally avoidable!”
