Osinbajo presides as FEC observes one minute silence for victims of fresh Boko Haram attack in Borno

The Federal Executive Council presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, this morning observed a minute silence to mourn the over 30 persons killed in Sunday February 9th Boko Haram attack in Auno, a town close to Maiduguri, the Borno state capital.

The sect members launched an attack on the community at about 9pm, burning over 30 persons to death and abducting many others.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, presided over the session in the absence of the President, Major General Buhari who is currently in Ethiopia.
