Joe Biden has said he believes that Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin, has made the decision to invade Ukraine.
Speaking in a televised address from the White House, Joe Biden said Russian forces are planning to attack Ukraine in the coming week, and will target Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv.
Russia continues to deny planning an invasion of Ukraine and has accused the West of stoking hysteria.
