A dissatisfied customer has shared screenshots of the messages he received from a service provider after they failed to make his Valentine’s Day delivery on time.

@AllenAkinkule paid the flower company to deliver a package to someone on Valentine’s day. He was reassured that the delivery will be made on Valentine’s Day if he paid the night before. He did that, only to receive a message telling him the delivery has been scheduled for the morning after Valentine’s Day.

He reached out to them to express his dissatisfaction in a mild manner but they didn’t reply on that day. When someone eventually replied, the person gaslit him and completely ignored what he was feeling. They also didn’t issue an apology, instead, they condemned him for his messages expressing dissatisfaction at their “subpar” service.

He shared screenshots of the messages, writing: “This is how Nigerian brands treat their customer.
