The North-East Zonal Coordinator of National Emergency Management Agency, Saidu Ahmed, is dead.
Ahmed died at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital after battling diabetes. 
Principal Information Officer, NEMA, North-East Zone, Abdulkadir Ibrahim, disclosed this to journalists in Maiduguri, Borno State, on Tuesday.
He said, “We are still at the hospital to receive the corpse. May Allah forgive his soul and give the family the fortitude to bear the loss.”
