The Chairman of Asari Toru Local Government Area in Rivers State, Odiari Princewill, has died from COVID-19.
According to reports, Odiari who is a strong loyalist to the state governor, Nyesom Wike, lost his battle to the viral disease on Wednesday night, May 27.
Officials of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, in the state, carried out his burial at the Port Harcourt cemetery, today May 28.
