A Nigerian lady’s tweet saying women who are financially independent are hardly abused in marriages, has sparked off a debate on social media.
@da-divah had tweeted
”A financially independent woman is hardly abused in a marriage!!!”
While some people agreed with her, others disagreed saying that a woman’s financial status does not discourage an abuser.
