COMMENT BY TEACHER SPARKS ANTI-RACISM PROTEST BY CALGARY HIGH SHOOL STUDENTS



VIDEO CREDITS – 15yr old Ngozi Chizoba Calgary high school students walked out of class Thursday morning on Oct 8th 2020 two days after a Video recorded by a 15yr old student Ngozi Chizoba went viral. The video depicting a Calgary Catholic School teacher using racial slur against her black students sparked outrage amongst the students.
The walk out happened outside of Bishop McNally High School. The young students ranging from 14 to 17 years, matched to the NE Central Police Station to demand for Justice and Equality.
The mother of the student had this to say about the incident ''Ms Ngozi (The Tiger Princess) was part of this ' voices of youth' protest. This video is from her camera. As a mum, I am super proud of the young lady she is becoming. I am proud of the young people that march together today to tear down the walls that divide us.
The youths of Calgary are demanding for the Government to end racial injustice. They are calling on Justice minister, Hon Kaycee Madu Kaycee Madu and other concern individuals to stop this dangerous discrimination against Blacks and Minorities in Alberta Canada.
