As we celebrate the resurrection of our lord Jesus Christ, we are resurrected from the death of sin to the life of salvation in Christ. Christ came to seek the lost, he was crucified by our sins, but resurrected to conquer our sins. His resurrection gives us victory over sin, satan and flesh. May we use this day to reflect on our lives and ask ourselves a question, if Jesus comes today, am I ready, will I be among the chosen? If your mind does not convince you that you will be among the ones that Jesus will embrace and tell “good job, you will be with me in my father’s house”, then you still have a chance to make amends now that you are alive and well. “See, I have set before thee this day life and good, death and evil, Deut 30:15. Verse 16 of same chapter says “I command thee this day to love the lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgements, that you may live and multiply, and the lord thy God shall bless you in the land where you will go to inherit it. My brothers and sisters surrender your lives to Jesus today and make him your lord and savior and you will be assured of the future. The Bible said in Isaiah 3:10, 11 “say ye to the righteous that it shall be well with him, for they shall bear fruit of their doings, woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of their hands shall be given him”. Further more, the Bible also says in Isaiah 48: 22, “there is no peace for the wicked says the lord”. Choose ye this day whom you will serve, as for me and my household, we will serve the lord, Joshua 24:15. The Bible says in Revelation 1:5, that “to whom who loves us and released us from our sins by his blood.
