“What inspired the design of this collection was snatch knits,” Cardi shared at the time of the launch. “The pants tighten up—you don’t even have to go to a seamstress. They’re already tight enough. Sometimes [ladies] just want clothes that fit us nice, that shape us up, that give us a nice little shape. I hope that these [clothes] make them happy and feel comfortable.”
Just like her previous collection, City Fierce has inclusive sizes ranging from 2XS to 4X. It was also important for both Cardi and Reebok to create a line that took design and material into consideration as well.
The collection features a range of pieces from ribbed skirts to functional pants, bodysuits to jackets, and more.
