Dave Umahi gifts Rev Fr. Mbaka’s Adoration Ministry N30m, 200 yams and 100 bags of rice, urges the preacher to stop criticising Buhari

Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi has appealed to the Spiritual Director, Adoration Ministry, Enugu Nigeria, Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka, to stop criticizing President Muhammadu Buhari.

He made the appeal during the annual harvest, thanksgiving and bazaar of the Adoration Ministry on Sunday, October 24.

According to Punch, Umahi who is the Chairman of the South-East Governors’ Forum, David Umahi, was accompanied by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State.

Umahi donated ?30m, 200 yams and 100 bags of rice during the thanksgiving service, and stated that Buhari was working to redirect the economy of the nation to reduce poverty in the land.

He advised that “those elected into the position of authority should provide good governance to the masses who elected them.”

According to Umahi, governors, Ohanaeze Ndigbo and other prominent people in the zone were making efforts to releasd leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, from detention as soon as possible.

Fr. Mbaka infamously supported Buhari during the 2015 election but has since changed his stance, criticizing the Nigerian leader for the economic situation in the country.
