“Ukraine is just trying to survive,” US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says as he calls for global action amid escalating fears of a Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Mr Blinken is convening with European allies in Berlin to shore up support against a potential Russian military incursion.
America’s top diplomat said the US prefers diplomacy to resolve the crisis.
