Police launch an investigation after Twitter user shared a video showing an officer arresting him for not having tinted glass permit in Ikeja, Lagos state.
The Twitter user claimed he was made to give N20,000 as fine for not having a permit.
This comes few days after the acting police spokesperson, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, informed Nigerians that police officers are not to demand for tinted glass permit.
