Spokesperson of the command, SP Olufunmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya, who confirmed the development on Tuesday, said police detectives have arrested two suspects in connection with the jungle justice. Odunlami-Omisanya stated that one of the two arrested suspects allegedly masterminded the burning of Topes car. The PPRO, who said that the suspects would be charged to court for murder and arson, appealed to members of the public never to take laws into their own hands.
