Elsie confirmed her relationship with Benny in an X post from 2019, where she wrote, alongside PDA-filled photos of the pair, “I just saw its #NationalBoyfriendDay I wish you were here instead of being on the Titanic but thank you for existing and I don’t know what I’d do without you.”
Four years after their 2020 split, she opened up about her breakup, noting that she hadn’t had a serious relationship since.
“I get a little bit salty when my friends go to his house,” she admitted on the In Good Company podcast in March 2024, before emphasizing, “I’ll always love him.”
More recently, Elsie was linked to Jason, another Saturday Night Live alum. The pair were first spotted packing on the PDA outside West Hollywood’s Birds Streets Club in January 2024. And in July, they were photographed together again playing Uno at one of Questlove’s signature game nights. Their last public outing was as recently as September 2024 at the U.S. Open in New York.
