Your Summer Reading Plans Are Booked With These New Releases

Stephenie Meyer Reveals She Has More ‘Twilight’ Books Outlined—But There’s a Catch

Here’s one big little truth: There are a lot of must reads making their way to bookstores this summer.

Chief among them, Big Little Truth (out August 25), which not only marks Liane Moriarty’s first sequel but also checks back in with Madeline, Celeste, Jane, Renata, and Bonnie a decade after the dramatic events of Big Little Lies.

And this time, they’re trading kindergarten shenanigans for the complicated teen years.

At the same time, they are facing an even greater obstacle. “When a stranger begins lurking around the school asking supposedly innocent questions,” the synopsis reads, “this tightly connected group of women must finally face the full repercussions of the big little truths they have and haven’t shared with their kids.”

And though these moms are about to face some hard truths on the page, fans will also see the drama play out on the small screen. Not only is season three of Big Little Lies finally on the way, but Big Little Truths will serve as its source material.
