Femi Fani-Kayode has questioned the whereabouts of the 15-member Chinese doctors who are currently in Nigeria after Minister of Health Dr. Osagie Ehanire said they are not guests of the Nigerian government.
During the daily briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 on Thursday, May 14, Ehanire disclosed that the Chinese medics are staff of the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC). He further revealed that they are in Nigeria on a Company visa, but refused to disclose details about their whereabouts. Read previous report here.
Reacting on Twitter, the former Aviation Minister wrote: ‘Where are the 14 Chinese doctors? Wlhat is their mission? Who invited them? Is it true that they are spreading & infecting our people with Covid 19 & testing new vaccines on us? Are we Guinea pigs? Why did the Min. of Health tell us to stop asking questions about the Chinese?.’
