Howard then said he could see Jake and Jeanne getting married one day and asked if she’s the one.
“There’s only so far I’ll go as, you know, in talking about it,” Jake answered. “I love her so much. She’s such a good person.”
He then noted “it’s a choice for both of us.”
“I mean, I don’t think she really enjoys, you know, all the other stuff,” he said, seemingly referencing life in the spotlight, “and so that’s part of the reason why I just adore her. And not at all the main reason but, you know, one of them. I mean, it was great to have her there.”
Noting his family is close, Jake said Jeanne wanted to be at the premiere to support Maggie.
“My sister grabbed her, pulled her on that red carpet, which I think neither of us are really inclined to, you know, go on—even me,” he said. “And to be there to support my sister was what we’re there to do and I was like, ‘Oh yeah, this is family.'”
