Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper‘s romance was born during a simple day out.
While dating can be difficult for the average person, it doesn’t help when fame is added to the mix. So, for the supermodel, meeting the Silver Linings Playbook star at a backyard birthday party for a mutual friend’s child was the perfect meet-cute.
“You want to give yourself a normal experience of dating and even for my friends who aren’t public figures, that’s hard,” Gigi told Vogue in an interview published March 11. “Where do you go? And, what? You just start talking to people?”
“Then there’s another added layer of privacy and security,” the 29-year-old continued. “You want to believe that people are going to have your back and not call TMZ or go on Deuxmoi or whatever, but you just don’t know.”
Since then, she and Bradley, 50—who had been linked since October 2023—have transcended that phase in their relationship, she noted that it’s now “very romantic and happy.”
