"Be strong. It will be well" - Billionaire businessman Femi Otedola tells daughter DJ Cuppy as she returns to social media after one-month break

Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, has expressed his love for his daughter, Florence Otedola, also known as DJ Cuppy, after she returned to social media following a one-month break.

The popular disc jockey had on January 1, 2026, announced a break from social media to start the new year with a 21-day biblical fast, citing the need to focus on her spiritual life and personal wellbeing.

Although she reassured fans that she was okay, the announcement struck a deep cord with her followers, sparking a wave of concern, support and encouragement.

DJ Cuppy announced her return to social media with a short video on Monday, describing the break as ‘Selah’  (stillness).

She later shared a message from her father, reiterating his love for her and encouraging her to remain strong and positive.

“Ifemii. Be strong. It will be well. Love you,” he wrote.
