The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, has ordered the arrest of former Minister of Petroleum, Dan Etete, over his involvement in the Malabu Oil scam.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission had asked the court for a warrant of arrest to enable arrest Etete and others.
