Leonard Tomide Akinribodo, a member of the Ondo State House of Assembly, has been suspended from the parliament.
Mr Akinribodo, who is the only member of the Zenith Labour Party in the Assembly, was suspended during plenary on Tuesday.
The suspended lawmaker representing Ondo West Constituency I was punished over alleged gross misconduct.
