John Bolton, President Donald Trump’s former National Security Adviser, had a heated exchange with Newsnight’s Emily Maitlis.
She asked why he did not testify at the president’s impeachment trial, when he could have told “the people of America what you knew”.
Mr Bolton repeatedly told her to “let me finish” and said she was “absolutely wrong”.
