“This morning, thankfully, I’m on the up and up,” she said. “What a week. But then a lesson I learned is honestly, I need to start drinking more water. I do not drink water, like, at all, and it’s really bad, especially after a marathon.”
She continued, “If I can try to help encourage people to start drinking water, to never feel the pain that I was in, holy mackerel, I’m telling you right now, it was next level. I’ve never felt anything like that before…it was kind of scary for a minute but hopefully today, I’m going to like, get outside and start trying to do things normally.”
