The youths of Emakalakala community in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, have apprehended a suspected electric cable thief.
The suspect who identified himself as Oyimbo Daniel, was nabbed on Friday, December 24, and confessed to have been vandalising and stealing cables supplying electricity to the community.
