Police declare 16-year-old female PoS operator missing in Ekiti

The Ekiti State Police Command has declared a 16-year-old point-of-sale operator, Faith Esther Olatunji, missing.

Spokesperson of the command, ASP Sunday Abutu, in a statement on Tuesday, said the teenager left home on December 29, 2021 around 7.45am to Akinyede Lane, Oke-Bola, Ado-Ekiti, where she worked as a PoS operator, but since then, she has not returned home.

According to the PPRO, all efforts to know her whereabouts had proved abortive.

“This is to inform members of the public that one *OLATUNJI FAITH ESTHER* of No. L2 Oke Alafia, Oke-Bola Street, Ado-Ekiti who was living with her Mother, Mrs Afolabi Elizabeth of the same address, left home on 29/12/2021 at about 7:45am to Akinyede Lane Oke-Bola, Ado-Ekiti where she works as a POS operator but since then, she has not returned home while all efforts made to know her whereabouts proved abortive,” the statement reads.

“She is 16 year old, chocolate in complexion, 4Fit tall, speaks English and Yoruba languages fluently. Anyone with useful information concerning her whereabouts should kindly contact the nearest Police Station or call the PPRO on 09064050086”
