NBA superstar, Jaylen Brown’s father, Marselles Brown, has been arrested on an attempted murd£r charge for allegedly st@bbing a youth football coach following an argument about parking.
According to TMZ, the NBA star’s 57-year-old father, who was formerly a boxer, was arrested following the incident on Wednesday (August 20).
The Las Vegas Metro Police said Marselles allegedly got into an argument with another man at All American Park that led to him st@bbing the man.
The identity of the victim has not been released, but he was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Authorities said that Marselles fled the scene of the alleged st@bbing but was arrested later that day. He’s scheduled to make his first court appearance on Thursday (August 21).
“Under the above event number and time, LVMPD responded to a st@bbing in the 1500 block of South Buffalo Drive,” the LVMPD office of public information said in a statement shared with Complex. “Officers arrived and located a male suffering from several stab wounds.
The male was transported to a local hospital and was listed in critical condition. The suspect was stopped a short distance away from the scene and detained.
Through the course of the investigation, the suspect was identified as 57-year-old Quenton Marcelles Brown.
Brown was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for attempt murder.”
