Thousands of fireworks have lit up the skies in southern Russia after a fire broke out at a historic market.
Hundreds of firefighters tackled the flames over several hours before the blaze was brought under control in Rostov-on-Don.
No injuries were reported. An investigation into the fire’s cause is ongoing.
