UPDATE: Despite filing paperwork in October to finalize their divorce, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are facing a setback.
A judge returned their judgement on Thursday, Dec. 2, for multiple procedural reasons, according to the document obtained by E! News.
Before they can call themselves legally single, new paperwork must be submitted due to errors, including an incomplete Declaration For Default and the inability for them to waive their Declarations of Disclosure.
They also need to “enter the correct number of pages attached to the FL-180 form” and resubmit the documents before they’re totally in the clear.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are one step closer to being officially single.
The former couple filed their divorce judgement on Friday, Oct. 15, and their divorce will soon be finalized after nearly a year, a source tells E! News.
Megan filed to separate from the Beverly Hills, 90210 actor in November 2020, after they tied the knot in 2010. At the time, she cited irreconcilable differences and requested joint legal and physical custody of their children: Noah, 9, Bodhi, 7, and Journey, 5.
