Kiekie: God forbid bad thing. It’s a man’s responsibility to pay house rent even if you have money – Former Emir of Kano’s daughter says

Former Emir of Kano’s daughter, Shahida, has said that it’s a man’s responsibility to pay rent even if his wife has money. The mother of three stated this on her Instagram story on Sunday, September 10, while reacting to skit maker, Kiekie’s recent chat with Toke Makinwa. The content creator, real name, Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, said women should split house rent with their husbands.  “How will you be living in the house and not paying rent? For me, it does not make sense. So that when we fight, we will share everything equally. You cannot tell me to get out of my house. We are living together, she said.   Commenting on a post, Shahida wrote: Nope. God forbid bad thing. Ok but seriously times are hard. If you have the means and your husband is trying of course, chip in. But if he can afford to abeg it’s his responsibility even if you have money. Anyway.Alhamdulillah,”  The post Kiekie: God forbid bad thing.
