Man, 31, who raped 7-year-old girl in Edo state is sentenced to 9 years in prison

A man has been sentenced to 9 years in prison for defiling a 7-year-old girl in Igarra, Akoko-Edo, Edo state.

Sunday Akpeji, 31, was convicted and sentenced today, July 21. He will spend 9 years in jail. He will also be registered in the sex offenders register.
