Suspected bandits have reportedly killed a man and abducted his wife in Kaduna State. A family member, Ruth Onetemize Suowari, who disclosed this in a Facebook post on Saturday, January 13, 2024, said the abductors are demanding N80m ransom to free the deceased’s wife. She wrote;”There has been an attack for days now by terrorist in Kaduna and it’s environs. My cousin is a victim… She was kidnapped, they killed her husband already and shot her son while he escaped. They are now demanding for a ransom of 80m naira to free her. “Another family was kidnapped, the man, his wife and their son but they released the wife yesterday to come and look for 200M before they will free her husband and son “There was another attack by terrorist today around garam kaduna road where some people we’re killed. Their corpses have been deposited in sabon wuse hospital, please check on your love ones that lives around garam leading to Kaduna. Please help me pray for the safe release of my Cousin and everyone hold hostage right now, let God divinely intervene.
