Slavery mentality is when you are excited to promote foreign artistes for free and then ask your own local artistes to pay you – Comedian, AY Makun

Comedian, AY Makun, believes it is slave mentality when people promote the works of foreign artists for free but charge local artists.

He shared this thought on his Twitter handle on Saturday December 12.

It reads

”Slavery mentality is when you are excited to promote & project foreign artistes who don’t even know you for free, & then ask your own local artistes to pay you. The only reason they became famous, was because their own people projected them for the rest of the world to notice”
